[Mikrotik] dst-nat question

If I understand what is where, this should get you close:

/ip firewall nat
add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat disabled=no dst-address=192.168.3.1 \
     dst-port=80 protocol=tcp to-addresses=192.168.3.3 to-ports=80
