[Mikrotik] CPE Disconnect

I want to thank Damian and Tranzeo for releasing Firmware that upgrades 
the whole of the CPQ product line so that all different radios now do 
5mhz and 10mhz channels.   That saved us a grand in upgrades and more 
than that in truck rolls.   It also puts CPQ's back in our product mix.
